What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a critical member of our Member Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of members interact with arenaflex. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for arenaflex members through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. You'll handle incoming inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring every member feels valued and heard.

Multi-Channel Support: Manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and potentially video support. You'll adapt your communication style to match the preferences of each member.

Membership Assistance: Help members manage their arenaflex membership, including account setup, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general questions about our services and features.

Upselling & Product Education: Identify opportunities to introduce members to additional arenaflex products, services, and premium features that enhance their experience. You'll effectively communicate the value of our offerings while putting member needs first.

Creative Problem-Solving: Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members. You'll proactively identify pain points and suggest solutions that enhance member satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Expertly deliver effective solutions and identify problems before they escalate. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer product questions, and ensure each interaction ends with a satisfied member.

Security Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of security and safety by complying with all guidelines, policies, and procedures. You'll follow protocol thoroughly and consistently to protect member information and maintain trust.

Feedback Loop: Document member feedback, suggestions, and common issues to help improve our products, services, and support processes. You'll be the voice of the member within arenaflex.

Professional Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test

The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title

Quiet, professional home office environment suitable for handling sensitive member information

Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate computer equipment
