  • Operational Liaison: Serve as the daily operational point of contact for participating nonprofit agencies and internal partners, handling donation requests, program inquiries, and troubleshooting system or software challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Strategic Asset Distribution: Create and maintain asset availability lists, develop targeted communications, and strategically select nonprofit partners to receive donated property that will have the maximum positive impact on the community while supporting our zero landfill initiatives.

  • Special Events Execution: Support the execution of charitable donation special activities including auctions, product distributions, and installation projects that showcase our commitment to community support.

  • Data Management: Build and maintain donation records in our contribution management system (CMS), ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all donated assets.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools to keep auditable records of all property donated to nonprofit organizations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and reporting for key stakeholders including tax, environmental, legal, and corporate partners.

  • Performance Metrics: Gather data, design charts and metrics, and use data-driven storytelling to measure the success of business operations and identify areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Discover and implement opportunities for sustained development of applications, guidelines, and processes to drive increased impact and value for the organization.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain the organization's strong positive relationships with local, national, and international nonprofit agencies, including Goodwill and other charitable organizations.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with government guidelines through regular collaboration with legal, environmental integration, and environmental affairs teams.

  • Innovation and Initiative: Function as an agent of change, taking calculated risks to streamline procedures, eliminate barriers, and set new standards for excellence.

  • Site Coordination: Represent the needs of the department and the community in construction and salvage project walks, ensuring community interests are adequately represented.

  • Logistics Management: Arrange the logistics of donation deliveries and pick-ups across all resort locations and off-site warehouses, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
