As a Revenue Reignite Specialist, you’ll play a key role in reactivating and generating demand within HighLevel’s customer and prospect base, engaging accounts and leads to create new trial opportunities and demos.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect into targeted lists (greenfield and dormant accounts)
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial/demo signups
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, focusing on attendance and follow-up
  • Leverage customer intelligence to tailor messaging, identify pain points, and personalize offers
  • Track and report on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer growth role (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and written skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms
  • Driven, coachable, and excited about solving customer problems
