About the Quality Control Strategies and Standards Team

The Quality Control Strategies and Standards Group plays a critical role in maintaining arenaflex's commitment to operational excellence. This team drives a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends and performance metrics that inform decision-making across the organization. As a member of this team, you'll help translate complex data into actionable insights that support our overarching goals: maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst Student, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to develop, present, and recommend innovative ideas and projects. Your work will involve performing critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements—improvements that support company goals and provide a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Validation: Assist the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You'll ensure accuracy and integrity in every dataset you handle, recognizing that the quality of our decisions depends on the quality of our data.
• Analysis and Reporting: Help develop and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll learn to translate intricate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that resonate with leaders across the organization.
• Responsive Problem-Solving: Assist with investigating critical ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues. Your analytical responses will empower senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project workloads.
• Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools. You'll support relevant aspects of the analysis to enhance partner understanding and drive data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
• Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources. You'll establish rhythms and validate the necessity of data requirements, ensuring that our information systems remain robust and reliable.
• Process Evaluation: Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys, then communicate findings to the team. You'll play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives that keep arenaflex operating at peak efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (must be actively pursuing a undergraduate degree)


• Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse audiences


• Active listening skills and the capacity to understand and respond appropriately to stakeholder needs


• Proficiency in identifying business issues, recognizing opportunities for data-driven solutions, and interpreting resulting metrics


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation and Benefits
