Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a dual and critical role in our organization. You will be responsible for managing product data integrity across our digital marketplaces while simultaneously delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.   • Product Creation and Listing: Create and publish new products on our e-commerce websites, ensuring all product information—including specifications, pricing, and imagery—meets brand standards and marketplace guidelines.
  • Product Research and Verification: Conduct thorough research on product details to ensure accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines and brand requirements. You will verify product specifications, certifications, and descriptions to maintain our reputation for truthful and reliable product information.
  • Content Optimization: Write compelling product descriptions using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic. This includes incorporating relevant keywords naturally throughout product listings while maintaining readability and customer appeal.
  • Keyword Research: Perform ongoing keyword research to identify optimization opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. You will analyze search volume, competition, and customer behavior to inform product listing strategies.
