About the Role: Member Service Professional (MSP)
The role of the Member Service Professional (MSP) is to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. MSPs will be the face of arenaflex to our customers, acting as ambassadors of the brand and embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Working as a cohesive team, you will have the ability to excite our customers and deliver on the brand promise. A successful MSP within the Centurion Lounge will have a passion for delivering extraordinary service to our best Card Members in a customer-facing environment. Our MSPs are highly skilled and motivated professionals, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members.
Acting as a consultant, our MSPs will tailor our products and services to assist Card Members with their immediate needs and deepen their relationship with arenaflex. It is our mission to become essential to our Card Members by providing differentiated products and services. It is our duty to make Membership come to life every day.
What You'll Do as a Member Service Professional
MSPs do this by engaging in a variety of dynamic responsibilities that ensure every Card Member enjoys a seamless and memorable experience:
- Warm Welcoming & Access Control: Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a first impression that sets the tone for an exceptional lounge experience
- End-to-End Ownership: Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their visit
- Innovative Problem Resolution: Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty, ultimately turning customers into enthusiastic brand advocates
- Customer First Philosophy: Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, going above and beyond to exceed their service expectations
- Concierge & Lifestyle Services: Provide expert concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering insights and guidance on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and more
- Travel Consultation: Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping Card Members plan their journeys with confidence and ease
- Partnership Collaboration: Accommodate needs of our Card Members by partnering effectively with our food and beverage lounge partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Work Schedule & Environment
Lounge hours of operation are from 05:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Hours are subject to change due to business need. We seek flexible team members who can adapt to evolving scheduling requirements and are prepared to work in a vibrant, high-energy environment that requires physical engagement, including light to moderate lifting for certain job tasks.
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers in a hospitality, retail, or service-oriented environment
- Industry Background: Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience considered a plus
- Service Passion: Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions that anticipate needs before they arise
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight the customer with every single interaction
- Active Listening: The ability to listen to the customer's needs and, in turn, offer confident recommendations resulting in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they received
- Professionalism: Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, even under pressure
- Team Collaboration: The ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues is essential, as the lounge is a very active, fast-paced, team environment
- Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively when unanticipated situations may arise, always putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do
- Resourcefulness: Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- Technical Adaptability: Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to evolving tools and systems
- Resilience: Adapt to an ever-changing environment and remain resilient in the face of challenges
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the needs of our global Card Member base

Expected Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities to reward your contributions
