Position Overview


arenaflex is currently seeking a talented and motivated Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our Client Success team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional real-time support to clients through chat-based communication channels. Key Responsibilities

Product and Service Knowledge

Revenue Generation

Essential Qualifications

Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or client-facing roles
