What You'll Do

As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing for your insurance license. Your responsibilities will include using excellent decision-making skills and innovative thinking to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex consumer issues with professionalism and efficiency, providing satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
• Advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, serving as a subject matter expert and resource for your team.
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Provide comprehensive support to policyholders regarding any policy changes they may request.
• Support policyholders' needs by providing personalized recommendations and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.
• Stay current on insurance products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that benefit policyholders.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain your pre-licensed status and prepare for full licensure.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with desktop computer systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong logical problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems
• Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months or more of call center experience
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
• Multi-language capabilities

Work From Home Requirements

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure you have the best experience possible, arenaflex requires the following:

Internet Connection Requirements:

• Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps
• Internet service provider must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed will be required
• Clean and quiet workspace where you can take calls without interruptions
• Dedicated phone line or VoIP service compatible with our systems
