The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position . Must be licensed in the state of GA, NC, SC, or VA, OR Compact PT License-eligible. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states.
CORA Physical Therapy provides a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions. Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish preferred
Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.
Performs Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring.
Supports digital services with appropriate documentation.
Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs.
Performs physical/occupational therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established.
Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services.
Serves as a liaison between providers and Program Manager.
Utilizes digital services as a strategy to develop therapeutic alliance with patients.
Advocates for digital services to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.
Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics.
Maintains standards of professional and ethical practice according to APTA/ AOTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical/occupational therapy services.
Understands and follows all CORA business, compliance, and employment policies and procedures.
