As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) with various topics, using arenaflex's internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client notes
- Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
