Hiring: Part--Time Contract Mortgage Loan Processor (Paid Per File)

Webb Mortgage Processing is growing and looking for an experienced contract mortgage loan processor to support broker/wholesale files. This is a part-time, per-file, remote contract role for someone who can manage files independently, stay organized under pressure, and keep loans moving from submission through clear to close.

This role is ideal for a processor who is looking for part-time work, and comfortable working directly with loan officers, borrowers, and lenders, and who knows how to troubleshoot issues, manage conditions, and communicate proactively—especially when timelines are tight.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing broker/wholesale loan files from submission to closing
• Navigating lender portals and handling conditions efficiently
• Communicating with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and third parties
• Solving problems, handling restructures, and keeping files on track
• Owning your pipeline without constant oversight

What we’re looking for:
• Broker/wholesale processing experience
• Working knowledge of Arive and LendingPad LOS
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Confident phone presence and clear written communication
• A problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced situations

Compensation: Paid per file

Location: Remote

Pay: $1.00 - $10,000.00 per month
