Customer Communication



  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

Work Environment and Schedule

Shift Details: This is a third-shift position with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will be working during the overnight hours when most people are sleeping, but your work will be vital in serving customers who need assistance during these hours.

Remote Work: After completing the initial one-week training period, you will transition to fully remote work. During training (the first week), hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This in-person or remote training session will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in your role.

Physical Requirements: While this is a remote position, you must be able to:

  • Sit for extended periods of time while handling calls and working on the computer
