Sales Manager – Precision Agriculture (U.S.)

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth in the North American
precision agriculture and farm machinery market
. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in
ag equipment, precision ag, dealer networks, OEM relationships, and key account development
.

You will be responsible for expanding business with
dealers, OEMs, and large agricultural customers
, promoting guidance and automation solutions, and leading the full sales cycle from market development to deal closure. This is a high-impact opportunity with strong visibility and room to shape market growth in the U.S.

    What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in
  • agricultural machinery, precision agriculture, or related sectors
  • Strong background in
  • channel/dealer development, OEM partnerships, or regional sales
  • Proven ability to drive new business and manage strategic accounts
  • Strong commercial sense, communication skills, and customer-facing credibility
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S.
