ONLINE ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR OF HUMAN SERVICES (POOL)
The Division of Social Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences at Southern Wesleyan University invites applications for part-time online human services positions. The division seeks instructors capable of teaching a range of introductory and upper-level classes, including courses in social work, ethics, child welfare, case management, and human behavior. Additional experience in counseling or sociology is a plus. Qualified applicants will be given specific teaching assignments as needs arise.
- Ideal candidates will have:
- A master's degree or higher in human services or a related field.
- A mature faith in Jesus Christ.
- A firm commitment to the Christian liberal arts tradition and the mission of the university.
- A robust understanding of the integration of Christian faith and learning and an ability to help students connect the field of human services with biblical principles.
- Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching.
- Experience designing and teaching online courses.
