What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Claims Loss Verification Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately processing documents related to property damage claims and guiding claimants through every step of the recovery process. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and confidence, making this role both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, mortgage companies, contractors, and other parties involved in the claims process. Answer questions, respond to requests, and address complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Claims Processing: Review and research claim information provided by customers and external parties. Make appropriate follow-up calls to resolve issues, and process claim checks following standard policies and procedures.
- Document Management: Order and review inspection reports of property damage. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed in company systems.
- Data Entry: Efficiently and accurately enter information into company proprietary systems, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and attention to detail.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that both internal and external standards are met on a consistent basis. Adhere to all compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in claims documentation. Escalate complex matters to appropriate team members or supervisors as needed.
