Position Overview

The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team.   • Report Generation and Analysis: Compile reports from systems with claims information. You will generate various reports to support the claims coordination team, analyze data trends, and provide insights that help improve our processes.
