Summary:

    We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator Assistant to support the execution of brand and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring marketing assets and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and scale national and regional retail programming aligned with brand priorities
  • Build retailer-specific programs and pitch decks for key accounts (e.g., Costco, Kroger, Target, Walmart)
  • Lead end-to-end programming execution, including timelines, coordination, and distributor alignment
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Field teams to bring programs to life
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable retail initiatives that drive in-store performance
  • Manage distributor-facing communication and ensure strong execution at the market level
  • Strong organization and flawless execution across multiple projects
  • Timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials
  • Effective cross-functional communication and coordination
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or coordinator-level role (CPG or beverage a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative mindset with an interest in branding, marketing, and consumer trends

Comp: $65,000-$75,000
