About the Role
As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will serve as a key contributor to our paid media analysis capability. Your primary responsibility will be to surface data-driven strategic opportunities for our Executive Initiative team, with a particular focus on optimizing paid media spend globally. This is a high-visibility role that requires both technical expertise and business acumen.
You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our paid media investments. Your work will involve developing comprehensive reporting and analyses that frame and drive business decisions, creating KPIs and scorecards to track campaign progress and performance, and emphasizing results-driven thinking throughout the organization. What You'll Do
As the Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering reporting and insights in the paid media space that drive measurable business results. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Strategic Analysis: Design, build, and lead the development of analytics, business intelligence, and data science initiatives aimed at optimizing paid media performance and improving marketing efficiencies across all channels and markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the paid media data science team and marketing teams to implement sophisticated media mix models that maximize return on advertising investment.
- Ad-Hoc Investigation: Conduct custom investigations through database querying, followed by insightful interpretation of results and the reporting and communication of recommendations that drive immediate action.
- Partnership Development: Serve as a trusted partner to marketing, finance, and data product teams to address complex business challenges and track marketing and product performance using a data-driven approach.
- Reporting Excellence: Leverage Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, QuickSight, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports that deliver consistent value to stakeholders.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze data to identify business issues and conduct deep-dive investigations to perform root cause analysis that informs strategic recommendations.
- Insight Generation: Collaborate with partners to utilize internal data from our proprietary platforms as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies to address complex business challenges through actionable insights.
- Customer Intelligence: Brainstorm and execute analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and customer needs to support the continuous development and improvement of our value proposition.

Essential Qualifications
