Specialized Property Management is looking for a full-time Leasing Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be a proactive process manager and strategic thinker who possesses excellent organizational skills, excels in a high-pressure environment, and demonstrates strong leadership and relationship skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end leasing workflow and overseeing the administrative pipeline for the Leasing Department
  • Directing the prospective tenant database management and ensuring data integrity across all platforms
  • Auditing rental property listings on the company website and third-party syndications for accuracy
  • Reviewing and finalizing applications for available rental properties to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Leading and participating in office meetings to report on leasing metrics and occupancy trends
  • Developing and conducting training sessions for the leasing team as directed by the Manager
  • Ensuring team adherence to all legal requirements and internal procedures required in this role
  • Designing and implementing improvements for leasing procedures and operational processes
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leasing or property management role
  • Superior detail-orientation with a focus on process optimization and legal compliance
  • Advanced analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on stakeholder management
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to drive departmental objectives
  • Expert proficiency with Property Management Software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi), email, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
