  • Coordinating virtual responses to customer warranty calls through the TechSee platform and MS Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of issues via virtual appointments to triage and determine the most effective next steps, leveraging your analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Creating service requests, line items, and work orders in MS Dynamics 365 based on virtual inspection results, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Managing service requests to resolution, confirming scheduled repairs are complete, and closing out in MS Dynamics 365, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing complaints, providing solutions within warranty guidelines, and following up to ensure resolution, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
