Junior HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, helping us identify and attract top talent across various industries. Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases). Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel sheets. Communication: Act as a bridge between the company and applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Language: Native or near-native English fluency (both written and verbal) is a must. Education: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort learning new software tools. Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent "people skills." Environment: A stable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.
