What You'll Do
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for various essential functions that keep our operations running smoothly. While this is a work-from-home position, you'll be directly connected to our airline's operations and customer experience. Here's what you can expect to do in this role:
- Ticket Management: Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets with accuracy and efficiency
- Reservation Handling: Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations for our valued customers
- Rebooking Services: Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Check-in Support: Assist with passenger check-in and front seat assignments (except curbside)
- Seat Assignment Management: Correct oversold seat assignments and issue updates as needed
- Traveler Accommodation: Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation
- Flight Documentation: Prepare and deliver domestic and international flight records
- Gate Communications: Make boarding and flight door announcements
- Customer Support: Provide quality customer service in a professional manner according to arenaflex Airlines guidelines
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Training Completion: Complete job-relevant phases of training
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with governmental regulations (such as DOT, FAA, TSA)
- System Utilization: Use various internal resources and systems during customer interactions
- Documentation Verification: Clear/verify international documents at booths in the ticket counter region and activation stations
- Special Assistance: Help customers requiring special assistance or in-station support
- Emergency Response: Answer and assist during security and/or emergency situations
- General Support: Perform other customer service duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Language Skills: Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
- Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background Check: Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access credentials to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain appropriate airport power and/or U.S. Customs security identifications, if applicable
- Pre-Employment Screening: Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background investigation, and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements
- Driver's License: Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet connection suitable for handling customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications

- System Knowledge: Working knowledge of Sabre or other Passenger Service Systems
- Customer Service Experience: Past face-to-face customer service experience
