About the Role: Home-Based Customer Service Specialist

We are excited to announce immediate openings for Customer Service Specialists to work from home, supporting our beloved Cornerstone Brands portfolio. This position offers the unique opportunity to represent three iconic home and lifestyle brands: Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. Each of these brands represents the pinnacle of aspirational home décor and furnishings, serving customers who value quality, design, and exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Specialist working from your home office, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brands, handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As an integral member of our Customer Care team, your responsibilities will include:


  • High-Volume Customer Interactions: Handle a busy schedule managing numerous inbound customer calls daily, ensuring each interaction maintains our high standards of service quality.

  • Personalized Customer Support: Assist customers with their unique questions and needs while tailoring the experience to create meaningful, personalized connections with every caller.

  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, confirming details, processing payments, and ensuring seamless transaction completion.

  • Account Assistance: Analyze customer account data, confirm refunds, address billing inquiries, and help customers navigate their account options with clarity and patience.

  • Technical Navigation: Masterfully navigate multiple computer systems and screens while maintaining accuracy and speed during customer interactions.

  • Problem Resolution: Apply strong problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations, find creative solutions, and turn challenging interactions into positive outcomes.

This position requires you to reside in one of our approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky. We have carefully selected these regions to ensure optimal connectivity and alignment with our operational needs.

Ohio Counties: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, Warren

Indiana Counties: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland

Kentucky Counties: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, Rowan

System Requirements: Technical Specifications

To ensure you can deliver the exceptional service our customers deserve, you'll need to maintain the following technical specifications:


  • Computer: Personal computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 10 or newer), no more than three years old. Note: Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported.

  • Audio Equipment: Professional headset compatible with arenaflex specifications. We provide a $75 reimbursement for headset purchases.

  • Internet Connection: High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not suitable for this role).

Training & Development: Your Journey Starts Here

Your employment with arenaflex begins with a comprehensive six-week paid training program. This intensive training requires full attendance and active participation to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. The training schedule will differ from your regular working schedule post-training, providing you with a solid foundation for success.

Compensation & Rewards: Your Contributions Valued

We believe in recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our team members:


  • Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour

  • Evening Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

  • Weekend Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked from 12:00 AM Saturday through 11:59 PM Sunday
