About the Role


We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analytics Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales team in Seattle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about data analytics, cloud technology, and helping businesses unlock the value of their data.

As a Data Analytics Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for leading complex sales engagements, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and guiding C-level executives through their cloud and data analytics transformation journeys. This role offers exceptional exposure to enterprise clients across various industries and the chance to shape the future of how businesses leverage data.

You will work closely with our Product, Global Solutions, and Engineering teams to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise in data analytics solutions will be instrumental in helping clients identify use cases, articulate business value, and implement strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and data analytics expert. Influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing accounts while supporting Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs).

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including enterprise strategies across key industries. Focus on building and expanding accounts through thoughtful, data-driven approaches.

  • Solution Consulting: Assist clients in identifying high-impact use cases suitable for arenaflex data and analytics solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Go-To-Market Collaboration: Work closely with Account and Technical teams to develop sales pipelines and provide expertise for Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with arenaflex Cloud Platform partners.

  • Business Alignment: Align business activities against objectives and key results (OKRs) to accurately forecast the state of the business for your domain.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Lead the planning, pitching, and deployment of comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer transformation.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams to negotiate and execute business and legal agreements that support complex enterprise deals.

Essential Qualifications



  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising research, data warehousing, or data management programming.

  • Technical Collaboration: Proven experience working with architects or client technical teams to build business cases and develop implementation plans.

  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in planning, pitching, and deploying off-site or remote sales strategies.

  • Contract Negotiation: Experience navigating business and legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Technical Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data analysis technology stacks, including Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data Lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data Governance tools.

  • BI and Data Warehouse Expertise: Experience with market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.

  • arenaflex Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud Data and Analytics offerings such as BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, and related services.

  • End-to-End Sales Experience: Ability to design, pitch, and execute comprehensive sales and customer transformation strategies aligned to data and analytics initiatives.

  • Industry Recognition: Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in cloud data solutions.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
