What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to users of QuickBooks Online and other comparable accounting software platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist callers with a wide range of inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered thoroughly and their issues are resolved efficiently.
Core Duties Include:
- Accounting Software Guidance: Provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations to help customers navigate QuickBooks Online and comparable accounting software platforms. This includes guiding users through setup processes, explaining feature functionalities, and helping them optimize their software experience.
- Ledger Entry Assistance: Support customers with creating, editing, and managing various ledger entries including journal entries, adjusting entries, and recurring transactions. You will help ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Support: Assist customers in understanding and managing their accounts receivable processes, including invoice creation, payment tracking, customer management, and collections procedures within the software.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Help users navigate accounts payable functions such as bill entry, payment processing, vendor management, and expense tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
