What You’ll Do as a Seasonal Retail Specialist

As a Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, representing our brand with every conversation and interaction. Your primary goal is to deliver excellent service by seeking to understand each customer's unique needs and helping them find the perfect solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs, asking thoughtful questions to learn about their goals, preferences, and how they plan to use our products.


• Personalized Recommendations: Customize product and service recommendations to enrich customers' lives, ensuring every solution is tailored to their specific situation.


• Sales Excellence: Present products and services confidently, educating customers on relevant ways to purchase, including financing options, trade-in programs, and subscription services.


• Product Expertise: Understand and proactively stay up to date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Become the go-to resource for product knowledge.


• Team Collaboration: Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options. Assist in offering ownership opportunities to customers across all departments.


• Operational Accuracy: Maintain accuracy in all transactions and follow guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Flexibility & Adaptability: Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store during peak times.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.


• Ability to reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.


• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.


• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
