- Job Description
- Plan and execute IT audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulations.
- Identify risks within IT systems and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of audit objectives with business goals.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the audit department.
- Support the development of the organization's IT audit methodology and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
- A successful IT Audit Manager should have:
- 3+ years of strong knowledge of IT auditing standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with technology systems and infrastructure, particularly in the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
