Job Description
• Plan and execute IT audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Identify risks within IT systems and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of audit objectives with business goals.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the audit department.
• Support the development of the organization's IT audit methodology and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Audit Manager should have:
• 3+ years of strong knowledge of IT auditing standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with technology systems and infrastructure, particularly in the financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
