Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between AvevoRx and physicians' offices.
  • Effectively communicate with patients to explain the home infusion process, insurance coverage, and answer any questions.
  • Learn and follow internal processes to guide referrals smoothly from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and inquiries to meet service and patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with account managers to address any outstanding issues or complete additional tasks related to account management.
  • Actively participate in maintaining strong customer relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including billing, nursing, and pharmacy, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist in resolving reimbursement and insurance issues in coordination with internal departments.
  • Provide ongoing education to customers about AvevoRx services, product offerings, and best practices for home infusion.
  • Track and report sales activity, referral progress, and service performance to management.
  • Attend training sessions to stay current on AvevoRx's products, services, and industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
