We're looking for a candidate with:

We're hiring for the following schedules:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts
  • Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
  • We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value of your hard work and dedication
  • *Training and Development**

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success:

  • Our training program is a combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
  • Class room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
  • Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in your role as a Customer Care Professional
