What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant, you'll contribute to a team that delivers comprehensive stock plan management and equity compensation administration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with complex equity instruments while supporting employees and stakeholders across our global organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Equity Plan Compliance and Auditing: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our equity data systems and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Equity Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. This requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict timelines to ensure employees receive their awards accurately and on schedule.
  • Transaction Review and Verification: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. You'll ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all equity transactions.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders. You'll serve as a subject matter expert and provide exceptional customer service to employees seeking information about their equity compensation.
  • Award Grant Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. You'll work closely with HR teams and finance departments to ensure smooth implementation of equity programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations. You'll leverage your analytical skills to provide insights that drive continuous improvement in our equity administration processes.
  • System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. You'll ensure our systems remain current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the global equity team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area is preferred

  • Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is highly desirable

Technical Competencies


  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly

  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday preferred), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to analyze and convert findings into actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Functional Skills


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Customer service focus with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
