They are seeking a Client Service Professional who will provide personalized support to clients, ensuring positive experiences through clear communication and problem-solving. The role includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to earn necessary financial licenses.

• Answering inbound calls, listening actively, and taking ownership to deliver personalized support

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
