What You'll Do

As a Systems Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our AI research and products. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to develop and deploy advanced AI systems safely and effectively.

• Infrastructure Design & Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust infrastructure environments that scale to meet the demands of cutting-edge AI research and production systems


• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system performance through strategic optimization of resource allocation, networking, storage solutions, and computational efficiency


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with researchers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to integrate your infrastructure work into our broader AI systems and support emerging research requirements


• System Reliability: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring our infrastructure remains stable, reliable, and performant under varying workloads


• Innovation & Research Support: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in systems engineering, virtualization, and containerization to continuously enhance our infrastructure capabilities


• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge transfer

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or other relevant programming languages
• Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of computer systems architecture, networking principles, and operating system concepts
• Technical Foundations: Familiarity with systems programming concepts, with interest in virtualization, containerization, and sandboxing technologies
