*The Role**

As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our elite team of Chat Assassins, working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be working with our clients, Business Coaches, to speak on their behalf on their social media platforms, building relationships, and driving sales.

*Key Responsibilities**

Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day)
Organic account growth and management (2 hours/day)
Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes/day)

*Essential Qualifications**

Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily

Previous experience working from home or in sales
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for social media and online marketing
