Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our elite team. In this critical role, you will serve as a key contributor to our threat intelligence practice, responsible for delivering meaningful insights directly to client security and operational environments. Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making and enable targeted actions that protect sensitive assets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be entrusted with multifaceted responsibilities that span strategic analysis, tactical execution, and operational support. Your daily contributions will directly impact our clients' ability to defend against sophisticated cyber threats. Key responsibilities include:
- Threat Analysis & Research: Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of adversarial cyber threats and threat actor groups. You will investigate threat landscapes, identify attack patterns, and develop comprehensive profiles of threat actors relevant to client environments.
- Intelligence Synthesis: Correlate intelligence from diverse sources including sensors, incident response engagements, threat feeds, and open-source intelligence to develop holistic understanding of threat activity. Transform raw data into actionable intelligence that informs defensive strategies.
- Threat Tracking: Evaluate current and emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices for tracking advanced threats, including attacker tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Maintain awareness of threat actor motivations, industry trends, and evolving attack vectors.
- Communication & Briefings: Prepare and deliver high-impact briefings and detailed reports to client executives, security teams, and individual investigators. Present complex technical findings in accessible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Insight Development: Translate tactical and strategic intelligence about threat groups, their methodologies, and motivations into clear, actionable recommendations. Convey the significance of findings in ways that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with arenaflex's broader network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations professionals to leverage collective expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on threat landscape awareness, defensive posture improvements, and strategic planning initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a robust combination of technical expertise, practical experience, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity threat intelligence within client-facing environments.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, International Relations, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in a Digital Threat Intelligence role within a client-facing capacity. This experience should demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver results under varying conditions.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) processes and applications in at least one of the core functional domains: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, or Recover. You should understand how intelligence supports each phase of the security lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to lead presentations, facilitate discussions, and respond to inquiries from diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Security Clearance: Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph. This is a mandatory requirement for this position due to the sensitive nature of client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications

- Operational CTI Experience: Hands-on experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of tactical (technical) Cyber Threat Intelligence within operational environments. Experience supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities is highly valued.
- CTI Framework Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CTI methodologies and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide emerging CTI professionals. Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and Diamond Model is advantageous.
- Intelligence Reporting: Demonstrated capacity to synthesize raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and multiple sources into coherent reports and executive briefings. Experience creating intelligence products that drive action is preferred.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present written or verbal information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You should be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations.
