About the Role
Due to tremendous growth and expansion across our global technology ecosystem, arenaflex is seeking a talented and motivated SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our Information Security team. This is a remarkable opportunity to work with world-class software and platform teams, designing and implementing integrations that enhance our security posture and governance framework.
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for integrating and maintaining SailPoint solutions to protect our organization's digital assets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global enterprise to design scalable, flexible solutions that meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our identity and access management strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting our systems, data, and stakeholders while enabling seamless user experiences across the organization.
- Design, construct, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, and access certification within IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes to automate user access transitions
- Lead installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in enterprise environments
- Design and implement SailPoint solutions following strong IAM domain best practices
- Maintain and enhance existing IAM infrastructure and integrations
- Implement JML events and custom workflows (both custom and Out-of-the-Box) to meet specific business requirements
- Develop expertise in WebServices, REST API, and SCIM API connectors for application onboarding
- Create and maintain provisioning rules to customize and streamline application onboarding processes
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure robust access control and compliance
- Participate in change deployment and release management activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IAM space

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience: Option 1: Bachelor's degree as mentioned above; Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization
- Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management concepts including identity governance, access control, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Experience with role mining, access aggregation, and access certification processes
- Knowledge of Federation concepts and implementation
- Strong understanding of WebServices, REST API, and SCIM API connectors
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML
- Familiarity with DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Experience with change deployment and release management
- A positive, proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices
- Design and maintenance knowledge of enterprise IAM solutions
- Experience with provisioning rules and custom workflow development
- Knowledge of cloud transformation and security considerations
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry
- Certifications in Identity and Access Management or related security domains
- Experience working in agile environments
