What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • One or more years of relevant work experience

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays – you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance for better work-life balance

  • Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak periods, including summer months, November through December, and during peak vacation periods

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):


  • Experience working in a commission-based environment

  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions

  • Previous customer service experience in retail or telecommunications

  • Knowledge of wireless technology and current market trends

  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus in many markets)
