  • Guide members through account setup by assisting them with logging into and navigating their online health accounts, ensuring they can access all available features and resources

  • Support members in finding care by helping them locate appropriate doctors, specialists, and healthcare facilities within their network

  • Consult on product upgrades by using your strong product and brand knowledge to recommend appropriate health plan options and upgrades that better meet individual needs

  • Resolve issues with empathy by finding effective solutions to customer concerns, ensuring each interaction ends with a positive outcome and a smile

  • Maintain compliance by strictly following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality, treating all information with the same care and respect you would want for your own personal data

  • Document interactions by accurately recording customer inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management system

  • Participate in continuous learning by staying updated on healthcare policies, plan details, and company procedures through ongoing training and development opportunities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational skills and commitment to professional development

  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously

  • Reliable internet connection: High-speed internet (greater than 15 Mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers and access to company systems

  • Communication devices: A smart phone or tablet (iOS or Android) for daily log-in and authentication purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Background in inbound/outbound call center operations

  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus for serving our diverse member population

Skills and Competencies for Success

To excel in this role at arenaflex, you'll need to bring a combination of technical skills and interpersonal abilities that will enable you to provide exceptional support to our healthcare members.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where policies, procedures, and technologies may evolve

  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with web-based applications, virtual communication tools, and basic troubleshooting
