  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and our team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
  • Utilizing computer technology to best assist customers, including verifying order information and resolving customer issues
  • Informing customers of sales and promotions, and providing solutions, explanations, and options to resolve customer issues
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as assigned, and following up with customers who leave reviews and coordinating manager responses to complaints
  • Assisting Account Managers as assigned, and communicating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Assisting with other office duties as needed, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, adaptability, and problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with office software applications, including CRM systems and other technology platforms

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (although we're a Monday-to-Friday operation, with no weekends!)
