As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales
  • Working with our food program to provide excellent customer service and promote our products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and offer solutions
  • Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other duties as required

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales and customer care
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and overnights
