About The Role

As an Offsite Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and building lasting relationships with our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers the flexibility of working remotely while being an integral part of our customer success operations. You'll be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and professional chat-based support to clients seeking assistance with their injection molding projects, technical questions, and general inquiries.

What You'll Do

As a member of our customer support team, you will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities that ensure our clients receive the highest level of service:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or technical issues related to our injection molding services, products, and processes, escalating complex matters when necessary to subject matter experts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and production to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and improve overall service delivery

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, policies, and technical specifications to provide accurate and reliable information to customers

  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and quality assurance

  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics including response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and other established KPIs

  • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience by proactively identifying areas for improvement during interactions and providing constructive feedback to team leadership

  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology to better assist customers with informed recommendations

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay current with arenaflex's evolving service offerings

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or chat-based role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Exceptional written English communication skills with a strong ability to clarify complex concepts and explain technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with chat support tools including LiveChat, Intercom, Chatlio, or other live messaging platforms

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software or product design concepts is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $18.21 - $31.53 USD per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
