Position Overview: Healthcare Benefits Customer Support Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to new heights. As a Healthcare Benefits Support Specialist, you will answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members, addressing their questions and concerns related to their healthcare benefits. What You'll Do
As a vital member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Professional Call Management: Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Information Gathering: Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information using our advanced CRM systems, ensuring all data is accurately captured and documented.
