As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruiting department in identifying, contacting, and evaluating potential candidates for our diverse range of projects. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that we continue to attract and retain the top 10% of talent in the industry. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

• Candidate Identification and Initial Contact: Support the recruiting team in identifying potential candidates for our open positions and reaching out to them with initial communications. You will be the first point of contact for many promising professionals, making your role crucial in shaping their perception of arenaflex.


• Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Propose and implement new alternatives and methods for identifying exceptional candidates. We encourage creative thinking and welcome your ideas on how to improve our talent acquisition processes.


• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current workflows and procedures of the recruiting area. Your analytical abilities will help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.


• Job Portal Management: Manage and maintain job postings across various job portals and professional networks. Evaluate and process applications from candidates who respond to our postings, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


• Profile Analysis: Identify, analyze, and evaluate professional profiles across multiple job portals and social media platforms for the different searches and projects we have open. You will develop a keen eye for identifying the right fit.


• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval of candidate information.


• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand role requirements and ensure alignment between candidate qualifications and project needs.
