Position Overview
This entry-level role within the Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group offers a unique opportunity to drive a culture of safety, effectiveness, and innovation. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will leverage data to identify measurable trends and performance metrics that enhance our Quality Control division. Your work will directly contribute to creating, presenting, and recommending new ideas and initiatives that support arenaflex's strategic objectives.
You will perform critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements, ultimately helping arenaflex maintain low costs, modernize operations, and improve compliance. This position provides invaluable experience in data-driven decision-making while offering exposure to various aspects of organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and delivering results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Your ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights will be crucial.
- Responsive Problem-Solving: Assist with analyzing critical ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools that support relevant points of the investigation, facilitating partner understanding and engagement.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing rhythms, and validating the necessity of data requirements.
- Process Improvement Identification: Recognize anomalies in processes through reviews and audits and communicate findings to the team in a constructive, solution-oriented manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision, upholding the highest standards of regulatory and organizational adherence.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. Degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields are highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation, is critical.
