As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns in a proactive and customer-centric way.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service team.
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to provide a positive and empathetic response.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
