We're seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and other administrative tasks.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Settle all information entry-related exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
  • Make phone calls to backup plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations.
  • Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or pharmacy setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, composing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
