- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Examination Designer, you'll work closely with a cross-functional team of data experts, BI engineers, framework chairs, and data clients to deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Health. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Directing the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects
- Upholding long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analysis expectations
- Planning, creating, and sending layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
- Making data organizing and pre-handling principles for populating legitimate and actual data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Applying data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data repositories from various internal arenaflex production framework sources and external documents
- Performing data profiling and data analysis across internal production frameworks, physically maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents)
- Creating internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
- *Essential Capabilities**
- Evident, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience arranging and conveying intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Experience providing thought leadership and presenting instrument-agnostic semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

- Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts
