What You'll Do for Us

As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in our global equity operations team. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver on our commitment to our employees worldwide. Here's what you can expect:

  • Compliance & Audit Excellence: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You'll be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring every transaction meets regulatory and internal standards.
  • Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching awards with precision and timeliness. Your attention to detail will ensure employees receive their deserved benefits without delay.
  • Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. You'll ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting across all our global operations.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. You'll be the go-to expert for equity-related inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships.
  • Enrollment Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant methods and stock purchase plan enrollment activities during key enrollment periods. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, seamless experiences for employees worldwide.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation, continuously improving processes and ensuring accuracy. You'll be instrumental in keeping our systems cutting-edge and efficient.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, embracing the variety that comes with working in a dynamic global organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area

  • Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is strongly preferred

  • Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus

Technical Competencies


  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday preferred

  • Knowledge of methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
