As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across all our social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our Mission Supervisors to develop and implement social media campaigns, respond to customer inquiries, and analyze campaign performance. Your expertise in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and social media analytics will help us drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Provide exceptional customer support across all social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Mission Supervisors to develop and implement social media campaigns, including content creation, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for future campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, applying this knowledge to improve our social media presence and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and partners across social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop and implement social media content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and goals
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media customer support, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Experience with content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
