Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, and providing education to our customers. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, and you'll be responsible for numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our customers are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, and provide education
  • Work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure customers are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to customers, clients, and other customers
  • Proactively gain patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
