**Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support**

As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to design, develop, and launch new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the discovery and development of new conversational AI capabilities, working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to design and develop new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
• Analyze customer data, industry trends, and technical expertise to inform product decisions and drive innovation
• Work with the product team to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct customer testing and post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform product decisions and drive innovation

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI, live chat support, or related technologies
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
• Strong technical skills, including experience with conversational AI platforms, data analysis tools, and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
